Salisbury Insulation Rubber Blanket 

Salisbury Insulation Rubber Blanket is used as a barrier for protection from the explosive and incendiary effects of electrical arcs and flashes. These hazardous electrical discharges can be caused by faults in cables, in cable splices and joints, and at transformer terminals, or they may be generated by the operation of switch gear, circuit breakers and lightning arrestors. The blanket can be used for worker protection in underground vaults, switchyards, and other locations where electrical equipment poses a risk of exposure to explosive electrical discharges.

Electrical Line Equipment - Insulation Blankets

I have been in the Electrical trade since 1976, as a electrician, lineman, EE & ME from UT-Austin, Self employed since 1983, Master electrician since 1982, interned on the North-slope of Alaska in the early 1980’s and run three very successful companies in Texas. I have been a customer of JL Matthews for over 30-years. I have never purchased a single item from JLM that I was not 100% confident and satisfied with.
